Hastings Digital (Jack Hastings) builds websites for local service businesses. This page covers hastingsdigital.co, the client sites it hosts, and the forms we run on Facebook and Instagram.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, phone number, email, business name, and your message or answers. This includes quote forms on client sites and our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
- Page visits: the page you viewed, the site that sent you, and the time. We use this to see which pages work.
- Analytics on hastingsdigital.co: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which use cookies and may record how you move through the page (clicks, scrolls). Some client sites use Google Analytics too.
How we use it
- To reply to you. A quote request on a client's site goes to that business.
- To follow up about a website you asked about, or a free preview we made for your business.
- To understand how our sites perform.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run these sites for us: Supabase (where form entries are stored), Resend (which delivers the emails), Vercel (hosting), Google and Microsoft (analytics), and Meta when you use a form on Facebook or Instagram.
Free website previews
Sometimes we build a free preview of a new website for a business, using the text and photos already published on that business's own website. Previews are not indexed by search engines and are removed after 30 days, or right away if you ask.
How long we keep it
Form entries are kept while they are useful for following up, and deleted when you ask. Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Microsoft's own settings.
Your choices
Email jack@hastingsdigital.co to see what we have about you, correct it, have it deleted, or ask us not to contact you again. We will do it and confirm.
This site is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
