Who you are working with
Hastings Digital is Jack Hastings. I’ve spent my career in outside sales, so I know what a week of calls, quotes and follow-ups looks like. You talk to me, I build it, and I pick up when you call about it later.
What do you mean by an AI system?
A tool that does a repeatable job for you without being asked: texting back a missed call, answering the phone, asking for reviews, planning a rep's week, writing up a call. It connects to the phone, email and software you already use.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so every build is quoted. The call is free, and you get a fixed price in writing before anything starts. Systems that run every day (texting, phone answering) also have a monthly running cost, and you see that number up front too.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I set everything up and connect it to what you already use. You get a short walkthrough and one person to call when something needs changing.
Will this replace my staff?
The goal is to take the repetitive work off the people you have, like chasing callbacks, typing up notes and sending reminders, so they spend their time on customers and jobs.
What happens to my customers' information?
It stays in your accounts. Systems are built on established services, and I only connect what a system needs to do its job.
Do you still build websites?
Yes. A website is $250 to start, $250 when it goes live, and $50 a month for hosting and updates. It can be the whole project or one piece of a larger system.
